We are hiring Instructors for Above the Bar Gymnastics Academy, located at 625 Avenue C. Bayonne NJ 07002.

 

Essential Job Functions/Requirements:

 

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method

• Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none

• Host Awesome Birthday Bashes

 • A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is a plus

• Reliable and loyal

• Customer service experience

• Relates well to customers of all ages

• Great attitude and strong work ethic

• Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile!

• You love kids - especially while making them feel pride in the effort they put in.

• You have a strong desire to be a part of a family, not just a job.

• You have any background in child development, physical education and/or dance, karate, cheer, sports, or gymnastics.

• You want to stay fit while on the job.

• Must pass background test 

 • You take pride in yourself and your work environment, and you believe that providing a clean healthy environment is better for the kids and our team.

Gymnastics Compulsory Team Coach- Wanted

Job Description: Above the Bar Gymnastics Academy (ATBGA) is now hiring an experienced Women's Gymnastics Xcel and/or Compulsory Coach. 

​

We are hiring Instructors for Above the Bar Gymnastics Academy, located at 625 Avenue C. Bayonne NJ 07002.

 

Essential Job Functions/Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to verify coaching experience with references and USAG documentation.

  • Must have current USAG Professional Membership and safety certifications.

  • Must pass background check.

  • Must have strong spotting skills and technical knowledge of all four events.

  • ATBGA values loyal individuals with strong morals and professional integrity.

  • We expect ATBGA employees to be self-motivated, proactive, organized, reliable, mature, professional, safety-minded and able to work well with others.

  • When interacting with our students, ATBGA employees must be enthusiastic, energetic, truly love working with children, believe in building a positive family oriented environment, and able to be a great role model to our young athletes both in and out of the gym.

  • -Able to effectively communicate with fellow staff, students, and parents.

  • -Able to work evening and Saturdays.

  • -Willing to attend continuing education opportunities, clinics, and certification training as required.
